Herbert the Gardening Bear

Available on back-order

Herbert the Gardener but he looks like Norman from our allotments 2 plots up 🙂

Hand made Knitted gardening bear, complete with his prize carrots and watering can, all dressed up in his work clothes and wellies and his flat cap, and still hes a handsome dude…

He stands a good 15 inches tall, made with dk yarn and filled with ce tested polyester stuffing.

He would make a great mascot for a gardening club, or allotment site and he is just the double of someone you know who grows veggies 🙂 or even a retirement gift.

Not really suitable as a toy, as his watering can is lined with card to keep its shape.

This bear was made following an Alan Dart Pattern, and I can honestly say Ive never been so confused in my life sewing it together… so many tiny peices, so much time, but so worth it.. I loved it that much I made a second one for our allotments AGM meeting raffle, but enough of my waffling…

A special bear for a special person

Will be sent in his own box so he doesnt get squashed on his way. Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.
